great location, tight security, comfortable bed, big smart tv with Netflix, cosy and well designed and presented apartment with everything you need. Great choice of accommodation in the heart of CDO.

nothing comes to mind. I’ve noticed that most apartments in Phillipines don’t have power point in the bathroom and also there is no hot water tab to regulate in the sink. Hard to shave in cold water or style and dry your hair without mirror.

Location is in Limketkai Center which is close to every major roads and destinations in Cagayan de Oro City. The unit has its own kitchen, refrigerator and other equipment. The unit is clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. It has a foyer giving the accommodation a nice view. Since it is on 15F, the place is also quiet. Good even for a week of stay.

Brand new and everything is very neat which is rare to find, dust-free! Appears the same as the photos. Bed was very comfortable, clean and brand new towels, liquid hand soaps both in bathroom and kitchen, the iron and ironing board, excellent quality. Check-in went very smooth. The host was very responsive and the caretakers were very helpful and polite. I also like the availability of vacuum so I was able to clean the floor during my stay.

The hot shower was not heating up well but tolerable. Also, would be great if there was microwave and a plate rack, the main bathroom door making it difficult to enter the toilet due to the limited space but these are not deal breakers at all.
