Apartment very clean and well laid out. Perfect for a night at the theatre. Would definately stop again if i was in leeds. Very good communication from owner with clear intructions on parking and getting into the apartment.
Only minor issue was that the blinds did not close fully eveything else perfect.

Location was great for the First Direct Arena - 5 minutes walk away. Comfortable stay, clean, great facilities. Only 2 of us but could accommodate 4 with sofa bed. Pity it’s not available when we’re visiting end of month. Great communication from host Hugo before our stay. Thanks
Unable to open window as I like fresh air in room. Fan available though.

Great location and apartment.
Both nights was woken up numerous times by loud music and loud talking at unacceptable times of the night. Did not get a decent night's sleep the whole time we were there. Unfortunately due to this we will not be rebooking here which is a shame because the apartment itself and the staff were lovely.

The apartment is very well equipped. It was great to be able to contact the host (Hugo) for help, and he responded very quickly. Location is great - about 10 mins from centre. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. The shower was really great.
