Great location, beautifully presented and very well equipped.

The balcony was a little narrower than anticipated, and the view over the car park wasn't the best.

This is easily one of the nicest apartments I’ve ever stayed in when I’ve come to Zadar. It’s in such an awesome location, right near the harbour, the sea organ and salute to the sun and restaurants, bars, cafes and bakeries etc are a 1 minute walk away. Sanja the host is lovely, communicates promptly and the keys were super easy to get out of the lockbox. The apartment itself was modern, pristinely clean, beautifully decorated / presented, and had everything you could possibly wish for close at hand. It has such a lovely feel, comfy bed, excellent bathroom (I’ve found that some apartments in Croatia don’t have the greatest plumbing / showers, but this one is so great), nice furniture and a great balcony. I really can’t rate it highly enough. I will definitely book this apartment again when I come back to Zadar!

This apartment is amazing. We have never stayed in an apartment with so well equipped kitchen. The entire apartment new and with nice furnitures, a good bed, new windows, a little balcony where you could sit. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet (except from the church bells in the morning, but it is only 3 minutes). Close to everything in the old town and to the pier for a morning swim. We loved being here and we met the nice couple who have the place, the day we left. the old town is simply lovely. We will definitely stay here again.

Parking close by wasn't easy, because it was busy and road works had blocked some parkings. You need to park in Zone 2 if you want to stay more than 1 hour

This apartment is absolutely lovely. Cozy, spacious, everything is new and clean, stuffed with all things that you possibly need, with tv in every room, good internet and even dishwasher. Location is very comfortable - in the center of the old city, a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, the supermarket is in a few min walking distance. The sea is just across the street. From the balcony you have an amazing view of the old city. Host is super nice, prepared detailed instructions on how to find the apartment and get the keys. Highly recommend this apartment if you are looking where to stay in Zadar

Magnificent location right next to the old ruins but very quiet. Just on the other side of the busy area. The apartment is quit big with a very spacious bathroom. Great open kitchen and cozy living room. The host Sanja, always replied quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely apartment, very chilled & everything you could need. Great location, easy access to everything in old town & peaceful of an evening. Having a balcony was a great addition, would definitely stay here again. Just be aware there is no lift and this is on the 3rd floor, not a problem for me and a lovely resident did help me with bag.

Only thing that could do with improvement is then name of the apartment was not on the building, or the list of apartments in the building or on the door to the apartment that I could see so if this could be added then it would make it a lot easier to find.
