The host was pleasant, helpful, and very responsive throughout. Communication was easy, and they were quick to answer any questions and assist when needed.

The host was pleasant, responsive, and easy to communicate with. However, the property itself was very disappointing and did not match the pictures. It felt old, had an unpleasant smell, and was clearly in need of renovation. The apartment was not clean, particularly the kitchen and bathroom, and the balcony door could not be locked properly, which raised safety concerns as the balcony was accessible from neighbouring apartments. The explanation given was that they manage many properties and the cleaning may not have been up to their usual standard. They offered to send someone to clean, but as I was only staying for a short time, I did not want to waste more of my trip arranging this. No discount or alternative accommodation was offered, and full payment was still taken. There were also very few power sockets, and overall the apartment felt uncomfortable. I am sharing this purely to help future guests make an informed decision. Personally, I would rather pay a bit more to avoid this kind of experience. I would not return to this property unless significant improvements are made.

Er befand sich auf einem bewachten Gelände

Zunächst einmal hat das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe, absolut keine Ähnlichkeit mit dem auf dem Bild gezeigten. Es befand sich im zehnten Stock eines neunstöckigen Gebäudes; man musste die oberste Etage über eine Treppe erreichen, es gab nicht einmal einen Aufzug. Im Zimmer schwebte Pollen herum, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit den Bettlaken und Kissen war ich nicht zufrieden, sie waren weder bequem noch von guter Qualität. Die Dusche ist klein, aber ausreichend.

Great location, very close to the city center, with cafes and a hypermarket nearby. I also really liked the yard of the residential complex. it made the stay feel calm and pleasant. The apartment itself is cozy and offers beautiful views from both rooms Overall, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the location and atmosphere of the place.

One small inconvenience for me was the lack of accessible power sockets/charging points. The only free socket I could find was near the fridge, so I ended up buying a 3-meter extension cord to use my devices comfortably. I also couldn’t find an available socket in the bedroom. The sound isolation could be improved a bit, as some everyday noises from neighbors were heard quite clearly,as well as noises from the hallway whenever entrance doors were opened or closed. It wasn’t a major issue, but lighter sleepers might feel it more.
