Чистая, компактная квартира. Есть все самое необходимое. Находится в закрытом жилом комплексе. Безопасно. Отлично расположена- рядом большой супермаркет, очень удобно. Заезд быстрый по инструкции, что удобно. Не нужно ждать хозяина. Есть лифт, однако квартира находилась на этаж выше чем подымается лифт, поэтому пришлось поднимать чемодан самостоятельно один этаж.

В спальне было шумно из-за гудящего блока кондиционера на балконе в соседской квартире. Возможно кому то это и не доставит проблем. Было б замечательно иметь на кухне соль, перец.

Расположение. Есть супермаркет рядом, остановка. Персонал отзывчивый, всегда были на связи.

Отопление. Батареи сначала были холодные, но потом стало тепло.
