It was an apartment without any living room, sofa or couch! There was no stove, no wardrobe/closet/cabinet, no washing machine, no clothes rack, no mirror, no tissue-box, no tea/coffee, no microwave! Bathroom had a faulty door lock, no exhaust and water heater does not work, so someone needs to take a shower with cold water even if he is suffering from fever! Two air-cons have a single remote together which means you need to wake up couple of times in the middle of night if you want to adjust the temperature! Overall the apartment has misleading description and do not meet the expectation of tourists.

La ubicación ,las vistas , la cama muy comoda

El baño sin ventilación , la ducha sin mampara ,lo que hacía que cuando te duchas se moja todo el baño y no hay manera de que se seque ya que no hay fregonas en el piso ,las paredes con moho, la puerta por la parte de dentro llena de moho al igual que el techo ,las paredes de la zona de la ducha muy sucias, el dispensador de jabón de la ducha oxidado y chorretes de oxido por la pared y la encimera del lavabo estaban forrada con papel adhesivo que estaban muy deteriorado , una pena lo del baño ,ya que al no poder secar el suelo ,se mojaba el suelo del resto del piso . El sofá del salón muy muy duro e incomodo

Don’t know where to start. This has been the worst accommodation we’ve had so far during our 2 month trip is SE Asia. Lifts in the apartment block were so bad - had to queue up for 20 minutes to get up/down. The room itself has absolutely shocking - the smell was putrid. Black mould grown in kitchen (which is toxic) and the darkroom drainage was the worst smell I’ve ever smelt. My children were crying at night because of the smell. Sofa was filthy and stained. Do yourself a favour and pay the extra to stay at Shangri-La

La ubicación es excelente.,os espacios comunes están bien.

El trato del personal para acceder al apartamento totalmente inadecuado, llegamos a la habitación gracias a la ayuda del personal de limpieza. En el apartamento había cucarachas y muy mal olor a humedad y cerrado. Hubo un incendio y tuvimos que desalojar el edificio durante la noche y pasar varias horas fuera de la habitación. Ni una sola pregunta, al día siguiente, sobre si necesitábamos algo o si estábamos bien. Solo whatsapps indicando cómo devolver las llaves, muy decepcionante!!!
