It is near the road side. comfort for easy transport.

The building is damaged.it can cause casualties at anytime.the building itself is staying under the temperorory pipe. There is no working television, just one for display.ac has no remote and it has no cooling enough. switch and socket are damaged and it can cause electrical accident. everything is loose without any screws.

1. The housekeeping boy was somehow attentive 2. Near to a place that u can order anything and have it there.

1. the staff asking the guest where are you from is extremely uncomfortable guest usually have there own privacy if they want to know simply asked there aadhar card they will know, 2. water in washroom has very strong chlorine smell, 3. wc water is out control can't flush directly poring out with Little quantity have to used bucket to flush, 4. Always asking everyday r u extending? Can't they see the booking. 5. Wall of the room is too bad need to refurnish/painting is mandatory 6. When AC is on water getting leakage need get it fix. 7. Drain has so much garbage. 8. Worm came out from the tap 9. TV has no meaning not working and no remote. 10. Asking that they don't accept online and asked me to pay in cash and it was my first time in mumbai and to go and collect cash from the ATM later accepting other guests online pay. I can keep on going please check what ur staff is doing, they just need some directions to if not room and ambience will never improve. Thank you hope this helps
