The room and bathroom were small and dirty, the staff was rude, and the AC was not working properly. Additionally, they did not provide a towel.

The most dirtiest, nastiest hotel ever! Starting from the staff behaviour to cleanliness everything was ridiculous! The rooms are so unclean that if you check in you'll get allergies. There are bed bugs in every room. My mother and aunt had to face lots of hurdles and moreover the staff don't even bother. They charge a lot of money guys. Beware! They are not even sure how much they ll charge me for an extra mattress. First they said 300 and then they said 400 and lastly they said 350! This is a loot! The washrooms are the dirtiest. Please do not stay at this place. You will regret it. The whole staff is fraud!
