Ritornata a Casa di Silvio dopo un primo soggiorno meraviglioso! Tutto perfetto

It was easy to get the keys; the guidelines and the process were pretty straightforward. The location is nice - right at the start of the old city. The living room is spacious. The kitchen has all the amenities, even free tea and coffee and a welcoming bottle of water in the fridge (much appreciated). There's air conditioning in both rooms, and it would be impossible to survive without it because it was +35 C.

(1) - The apartment smelled like a basement (mold?). Opening the windows didn't help because it was +35 C. (2) - It was quite noisy outside at night because people were returning from the city center and walking right past the windows of the apartment (which is on the ground floor). It was especially crazy on the Fri/Sat night, I couldn't sleep till 4 am. (3) - The instructions on how to get the keys were sent to me only after I sent a copy of my documents to the property owner (connected with the city tax). But the information about this was not provided immediately after booking. I found out about this on the day of arrival, and that was not comfortable at all. (4) - The shower is a bit "tired." Difinitely needs some renovation.
