Size and location. Beds were comfy.

It was a bit run down and maintained cleaning (dusting,lawns, skirting boards etc) was not done. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We found a hole in the wall in lounge - photo supplied.

The house was very cosy with a nice large living room that accommodated our whole group. It was a short walk through the park to Lake Wanaka.
