The condo was very spacious and clean. Close to beach. Owner was very quick to respond to Wifi not working and a plumbing leak .

Was not aware at time of booking that it was a 2nd floor unit and no elevators available. Pool could use some maintenance. (loose walking stones, furniture in bad shape , overgrown with plants). Dinning room light hanging by cord and blinking constantly, along with other electrical outlets not working.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich modern und auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft ist vorteilhaft. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage ist ebenfalls klasse, zu Fuß ist einiges erreichbar. Für eine größere Gruppe perfekt, wir können es nur empfehlen.

Location was close to beach and Las Olas Blvd

Pool and BBQ only available up to 6:30 pm. The kitchen was missing essentials and overall interior needed some upkeep.

We love the location and the waterfront view.

For the rental fee of the unit, I feel that there should be a Kurig coffee maker. I did not read the amenities carefully and was surprised that there is no elevator. As all of us are senior citizens, it was inconvenient for us to carry our luggage up the staircase.

Clean comfortable apartment with clear instructions. The apartment is in a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
