"Never going to be a luxury stay but I was still disappointed."

Location

Floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in 6 months. The place needs 2 new bed bases and 3 new mattresses - they’re awful. A bit of washing up liquid/soap/condiments wouldn’t be any harm.

I liked the location, close to the beach which was important for me. Amenities close at hand. High standard of cleanliness which is important to me also. Plenty room , spacious appartment, air con not necessary . Pleasantly decorated. Hair dryer , washing machine available. Internet too. A very enjoyable stay.

After a very long flight due to a delay I was not prepared to download an app and enter a code to open the flat door . Unfortunately my mobile was fast running out of charge and if it was not for a very helpful neighbour I would have been unable to charge my phone and unlock the door . An easy system to operate once the app was downloaded however I was constantly worried that my mobile was not fully charged each day. If it was an elderly couple or whoever it may have caused issues. Perhaps a note on booking.com to be prepared would have been helpful and that the owner would contact you through “ what’s app” .
