Liked the apartment and close to all activities everyone was friendly

Walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. Very nice staff

1. I assumed the property provide soap and shampoo. I had to look all over the piece a small piece of soap. Also no hair dryer.

Great location, views, and amenities.

The suite was quite spacious and had a fantastic bay view from the large balcony - with spectacular sunsets. Comfortable beds and living space, well equipped kitchen and a pool!. Hector (the owner/manager) was exceptional - friendly demeanor, knowledgeable on everything La Paz and always going above and beyond to make sure we were happy!

Overlooking the malecon does come with a little traffic noise.

It was close to the ocean with a view.

It looked nothing like the photos in the ad! It was not clean, especially kitchen appliances; especially coffee maker, toaster, cutting board, shower heads, showers, floor, bedding around bed, balcony and everything on it, Holes in towels, Screen doors were falling off and had holes in it. Couches and chairs were gross. Had to ask for hair dryer and it was dirty and scratched up. There was a very steep hill going down to the Malecón. One of us had a very bad back and one a very bad knee. We were only able to walk down twice to eat and had to zig zag to get down safely. Reserved 4 nights, but stayed only 2.

great location but it used to be so nice and is falling apart. the cushions on all the lounges were disgusting, furniture needed replacing, towels should be at the segundo, the upstairs patio on the fourth floor is gone and they did not provide drinking water. over $200 a night for a room with poor blankets towels and furniture and they want me to buy water. one of the workers had some rather strongly worded descriptions of the owner. just say no.

Very welcoming owners and employees. They really care about their guests and they are always available for any question. The appartment was wonderful, very spacious, quiet, and very clean. We would love to go back as soon as possible!
