Nefeli's Cozy Apartment, Corfu Town

Ήταν ένα πολύ άνετο και βολικό διαμέρισμα. Είχε όλες τις ανέσεις. Αρκετά κοντά και στην πόλη και στο κτελ της Κέρκυρας. Αρκετά καθαρό και δροσερό. Ήταν μια πολύ ικανοποιητική διαμονή δίνοντας μια όμορφη αίσθηση στις διακοπές μας!!!

Very nice location, in walking distance from the center of the town. It's a 15-20 minute walk to everything around, including the airport, which is very convenient. The house is fully equipped and extremely clean and is very spacious.

Close to the bus stop and the port. The apartment was clean and cozy. Kitchen is very well equipped, bed in the bedroom big and comfortable. 20 minutes by foot from the airport :)

The apartment is right next to the pretty busy street, so you could hear everything (cars, people on the street talking, etc.) through the window.

We had to travel early in the morning, and our host told us before leaving the apartment to leave the keys inside and close the door. We followed the provided instructions, and once we closed the door we noticed that the building door was locked so we couldn't get out. We were calling the host but she never picked up the phone. As a result, we asked for a locksmith to come and open the door because we were very close to lose our flight back to our hometown. The locksmith charged us 70€, and when we asked these money from the host, she told us that we should have checked the door of the building before following her instructions. She never gave us a refund for these 70€. Clearly, this was super unprofessional and obviously she doesn't care about her customers and property. She should have told us that the door of the building is locked at night. How should we know these beforehand as we went there for tourism?
