Master room 热水器不能用，需要自己处理，最后可以用了 停车位被别的车霸占了，客服帮不了我，需要我们自己去联系security, 到最后也没有claim到那辆车，需要把车停在visitor parking 先，把东西拿上去了，security 打来说那个车位空了，我们又要下去多一次，把车park回去原本的停车位
