1. No electric supply along the corridor and car park area, which made it feel less safe and comfortable. 2. The shower was not functioning properly. 3. The unit besides the rubbish bin room which had an unpleasant smell at times. 4. The unit felt quite small and did not fully justify the amount paid. 5. Although the property is located in the city, there are no nearby shops within walking distance, so a car is necessary for basic convenience. 6. There was also no swimming pool available, which was disappointing. Although we were informed a day earlier, changing to another condo felt like a hassle. Therefore, the management should ensure that the listing is always kept up to date to avoid any inconvenience to guests. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in both maintenance and amenities to better match guest expectations.

Nice and clean house. Comfortable accommodation. Convenient for a family of four like us.

Master room 热水器不能用，需要自己处理，最后可以用了 停车位被别的车霸占了，客服帮不了我，需要我们自己去联系security, 到最后也没有claim到那辆车，需要把车停在visitor parking 先，把东西拿上去了，security 打来说那个车位空了，我们又要下去多一次，把车park回去原本的停车位
