CAGreat location. You can walk going to SM, Session Road and other city centre spots. The space is clean, and the kitchen equipments look well maintained (though I didn't really use them except the kettle once for my cup noodles). Bed is comfortable. The bathroom is also great with bidet. A nice hotel feels. I booked only 2 nights as I thought of trying other accommodation as well. BIG REGRET. The other unit (just the next building) I was able to book, although it has good reviews, was not even close to the standards this unit has set. So if you plan to stay longer, just stick to this unit.
I can hear Mr. Taho vendor every morning. Though I'm okay with it as it serves as an alarm but some guests may not like it, especially if they are not early riser. There should be a way to minimize the sound you can hear from outside.
PHThe location was great, a walkable distance from Session Road. It could get noisy due to construction and cars or people passing by at night, but that didn’t really bother us because we could sleep through it.

DENoisy street traffic, noisy workers in neighbor building until 9 pm included Sunday, noisy room neighbors until 2 am.

CAWe love that all basic needs are there. And we walked to everywhere within a kilometre radius.
I think the property needs air conditioning. The unit was so hot, there was a fan but not enough. The windows and doors need to equipped with sound proofing as it is located in a busy junction- vehicle engines and honks, Taho vendors early in the morning, dogs bark ang rooster every two hours.
