Waiting to get check in details due to the verification process was slightly annoying as I was already outside the property
GBGBIt was clean very modern style and had nice facilities as well as no check in services and all PIN codes
When I arrived yesterday I realised there wasn’t a key to the balcony door so I phone the hotel up and they said they’d phone me back and let me know. A hour or two goes by and still nothing until I receive a text message saying that they don’t know where the key is and that the locksmith comes in on Monday so they can’t do anything about it. If I have payed for a room specific with a balcony then I think I should get a room with a balcony.
