Avant tout, l’excellente communication avec Lorena : très aimable, aidante, discrète mais toujours disponible, avec des échanges fluides et rassurants. Le studio, bien que compact, est très spacieux, entièrement ouvert et extrêmement bien équipé : absolument rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle, tout comme le rapport qualité-prix, surtout pour ce quartier.

L’accès à l’appartement est un peu compliqué. Les parties communes de l’immeuble sont quelque peu négligées, même si l’appartement en lui-même est impeccable et remarquable à l’intérieur.

This apartment is very spacious and very tastefully decorated. It has a great amount of touches, milk, toiletries and sun cream, washing pods, dishwasher pods. Tea/Coffee, salt pepper etc. The host has thought of everything. It’s a great location right on San Miguel street. Very comfy foam mattress and pillows. 4 large bath towels of good quality. We thoroughly enjoyed it here and will return. Great host on hand too

WiFi was a little slower in the mornings

It is just in the center, walking distance to everything. You can get C1 metro from Airport to Torremolinos, u'll be 50 meters away from the apartment. It has everything, great toilet and shower. Highley recommned

Lovely clean and very central apartment, great size for a studio with bedroom, kitchen, dining, living and balcont areas. Easy reach to beach and all the gay pubs and clubs

The bathroom needs updating. Balcony is onto to a shopping mall that has awnings covering it, not a major issue but a bit different to a balcony with a view.
