Casa Loren in the heart of Sorrento

we booked for 16 days and left after one night due to unsanitary and safety issues. I was trapped in the elevator for almost 10 minutes. The owner told me I should have taken the stairs. There was a fob to use, however the owner did not tell us prior. We are traveling for a year and this is the only property that we just could not stay in. We booked a different room, elsewhere for my mom the night before we arrived after we discovered the space was too small to accommodate 3 people and allow privacy. After we arrived and saw the unclean condition, we decided we could not stay 15 more nights there. We purchased a second location. The owner said he would not give one euro back. was very unprofessional and called us names.

there were no clean towels, mold in the bathroom, dust in the corners. The blanket had white stains. The refrigerator was broken and left in disrepair. The owner was obviously not going to give an inch and we lost over $2000. I would not have stayed there regardless, the place was filthy. I was not going to let this ruin our vacation by having to return to that place every day. We have filed a complaint with booking.com but they said it was up to the owner to refund. WHAT A JOKE!

Solo mencionar que no hay Lavarropas. No estaba muy equipada la cocina… no hay repasador.. rollo de cocina.. detergente.. etc.

Es ruidoso (aunque entrada la noche se calma casi totalmente), pero es el precio inevitable que se paga por estar en tan buen lugar. Compensa

Location is absolutely amazing! Host was very helpful and friendly. For a city break you couldn't imagine a better place to stay. It is a small apartment but plenty for 2 or 3 people.

Nothing

The apartment was well equipped for self-catering with a 4 burner gas hob, microwave, kettle, and refrigerator .The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of chairs , hooks for outdoor clothing, and a large wardrobe with lots of clothes hangers. For me, the only downside was noise from the street below. This did not affect my husband, who can sleep through anything.
