Aiera Homestay @ Meru Casa Kayangan

I like the location and the facilities that it offers.The staff is very responsive which makes everything so much easier.

Bare in mind that we have two cars. I just don't understand why the second car is considered a visitor and has to park at visitor parking. One night,my brother had to park his car outside of Casa Kayangan cuz the visitor parking was full and the guard told him to do so. Now that is very irresponsible of the guard to tell us to do so cuz we paid a lot of money and wanted our car to be secure and guarded. That night my family and I were very mad at the services that we got.Moreover, we also found pests such as cockroaches wandering around the house. Bare in mind the size of the cockroaches were super ginormous. We found it uncomfortable as many of us despise cockroaches. Maybe the cleaning staff should do pest control in the house. Lastly,we also found used tissues in the drawer in the living room and many more. Please improve! Thank you for your service.
