Fantastic service Perfect hotel

I booked very aware and on purpose a room with window (which was also more expansive). When i came in the middle of the night they put me in a moldy room without a window. In that room there was a light that flickered every minute or so which could not be turned off. Also not after help from the staff. After complaining about the situation they mention they have a room with a window for me the next day. Because every room was full. The next day they tried to gaslight me and saying i did not book a room with a window, but that they will upgrade me to one. Later at my phone i checked my booking and i was right i did book a room with a window. They just tried to save their faces. I did get the room, for which i paid at the end. But bassicly i paid the first night more for a room i didnt get. And i definitely dont like the gaslighting. Also the new room was full with molt.

The staffs were very nice, attentive and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to all amenities. Reat location.Food was good.

Friendly staffs and their service is very good. There's good choices for breakfast. Hotel location is nearer to market. Hotel is recommended.

1st the location. And, mainly the staff. The Manager Shyamal is an excellent person. He's friendly, well behaved and always ready to help. The hotel has an elevator/ lift. Walkable to main shopping areas of karol bagh area. 2 minutes from Karol bagh Metro station. The rooms are specious with a comfortable bed and one sofa. The wardrobe is there. It has a TV, a mirror, two bedside tables. An electric kettle with necessary tea bags and coffee pouches were there in the room. They provide a free one liter of water everyday.Various , tasty Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor.

Het was oké, wat je nodig had was aanwezig.

Communicatie, er wordt alleen geknikt maar de laatste dag vallen de kosten toch wel hoger uit aangezien t lijkt alsof iets een gunst is maar toch een koop is.

The Hospitality and everything is 10/10. A good price. It’s budget friendly. Staff was also very helpful and was throughout serving, very kind.
