We had a wonderful stay here, the location is amazing and the view simply breathtaking. The accommodation is decorated with a lot of attention to detail, it is also well equipped and very very clean. Here you will find everything you need for a perfect stay. The property, neighborhood and nearby beaches are marvelous. And of course a very big thank you to the amazing hosts Saverio and Maria who welcomed us so warmly and made us feel at home and as if we were visiting family. They are so welcoming, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay very very much and can only warmly recommend this accommodation as it is a full guarantee for an amazing vacation and authentic beautiful Sicilian experience. This is the very best place in Sicily.

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect.

The great location, the large size of the apartment including 2 different bathrooms and 2 terraces, all new and very clean. Property has airco , heating and anything you need to have a great stay! Next to the property, hosts were super helpful and really caring about the last detail and made us feel really welcome !

Sevario was very kind and gave us loads of information and recommendations. He was a great host for our stay and I'd recommend to anyone. His apartments are beautiful with a rare view of Palermo! Car would be advantageous, parking provided but perfect location to sight see nearby!

The Villa stands on a rock, rising high above the sea and offering stunning views of the Palermo bay. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable, offering large bedrooms with balcony, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, climate control, heated floors, fast WiFi and even a washing machine. The location was ideal for us - just 10 mins from highway if we wanted to explore Palermo, Monreale, Chefalu and other western Sicily gems or 3 minutes drive to Aspra center to have a wonderful relaxing breakfast at a seafront bar with fresh delicious Tavola Calda from nearby bakery. The hospitality of the host, Saverio, went far beyond the expectations. He speaks good English and takes a lot of credit for creating friendly and "family" atmosphere of our stay. Thanks to him we visited the best local restaurants offering excellent local cuisine (do not forget to ask Saverio to place a reservation as those places are quite busy). I wish we could have stayed for an additional week - we'd have enjoyed every moment of it. Hopefully one day we'll be able to visit again.

Not really a con for the property, but the cellular reception is weak at the entrance gate to the Villa.

The apartment is extremely clean, well equipped and the view is mesmerising. You can park your car in the yard and there are many good restaurants int the area. The host and his mom was extremely friendly. A place would definitely choose next time as well. Highly recommended to everybody.

The locations is quite good! Very close to Palermo but faraway from the loudness. The veiw from balcony is magnificient! Saverio is amazing host with many advices for the region. Highly reccoment the place.

It was absolutely perfect! Saverio & his mother were the most wonderful hosts. We arrived in the dark & despite a google map location sent to us prior to arrival, we managed to drive past the property. When I messaged Saverio he was with us within minutes to direct us to the right place. He showed us around the apartment & provided us with a list of nearby restaurants for the evening. Throughout our stay he was available for questions & had lots of great advice & tips as to where to eat & what to explore. The apartment itself was exceptional with 2 spacious bedrooms with very comfy beds, 2 spacious bathrooms, a large living room, a very well-equipped kitchen & a balcony from which to take in the most beautiful view, which could also be enjoyed from the living & one of the bedrooms. The whole apartment was recently refurbished & very modern with a few bits of vintage furniture, which added flair. All perfectly clean & with the comfort of an underfloor heating that was adjustable individually for each room. A little kit of complementary soap & shower gel & slippers were also provided. The apartment comes with access to shared private beach, which is another bonus. We loved our stay, will definitely be back & can highly recommend.
