Everything was in order, got an appointment confirmation from thr host via online with all necessary codes. It was easy to locate

There was a free parking available which it was great. Clear instructions of how to access property. The room was spacious for a couple and with plenty of sockets. There is a downstairs ground floor seating and dining area. Easy drive in and out.

The central heating radiator was not working, and with outside low temperatures during night time, humidity levels were high in the room. Add the wet towels in the room, and it becomes stuffy. It would be good if there was a door label, so we made use of the ground floor seating and dining area. There's no TV in the room, bear this in mind. The shower facilities standards of cleaning were average, and we could see stains in the shower cubicle, which shows that the shower was not regularly cleaned.

I liked that there was parking outside the house

1. Shower Area: The shower floor was stained and showed clear signs of neglect. There appeared to be mold or mildew buildup, which made it unhygienic and unusable. 2. Window: The window had visible black mold and dirt in the frame, indicating poor maintenance and posing a potential health hazard, especially considering the risks associated with mold. Additionally the window was broken and after opening it in the evening we were not able to close it for the night. There was no heating in the room either so it was very cold. 3. Toilet: The toilet seat was stained and unsanitary. There were also rust marks, which suggested it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. 4. The bedsheets were stained with brown stuff which made sleeping in it highly uncomfortable. These issues go beyond minor inconveniences; they represent significant hygiene and safety concerns. The presence of black mold, in particular, poses a health risk, especially for individuals with respiratory sensitivities. Given the conditions of the property, I was unable to fully enjoy my stay and felt uncomfortable using some of the basic amenities.
