Description on site really misleading- no mention of shared bathroom. Bathroom really unclean - was not willing to use the shower! The cleaner had been in apparently. They need a new cleaner! For the same money stay in Ibis or travelodge!

Haus ist ein typisches britisches Wohnhaus mit 2 Badezimmer und je nach anderen Gästen ist es mal sauber/unsauberer Hellhörige Zimmer, so dass man jeden Schritt im Treppenhaus mitbekommt. Gegend ist nicht gerade einladend, vor allem in Dunkeln (passt aber zur gesamten Stadt Coventry!)

Nice and clean, appliances in the kitchen, table and chairs if you wanna eat a meal there. secure code to get into the place, feels safe. Great free wifi, nice host.

I didn’t realise there wouldn’t be a hand towel in the bathroom, you’d need to bring the one from your room, but that’s very minor and probably me just not thinking.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

To start it was in an area that made us feel uneasy. (Flowers were laid out in a shrine over the road for someone). Bathroom/shared toilet was on the lower floor, we were on the third storey of the building. The carpets and walls were dirty. The mattress had springs that dug in as you lay on the bed. I have back issues so we decided not to stay and went home.
