The kitchen could have abit more utencils etc, spoon, folks, knife, teas spoon, different size pots. Otherwise its equipt enough for one person

Not enough pillows couldn't close window on a cold noise and area very noisy.....so I didn't stay

We went to meet and see our son, who studies at Coventry University. Location was very easy and nearby. Very clean, home style environment 👌, we felt secured and like at home. Even in such cold weather, house heating eas warm and cozy. Room where we stayed, absolutely clean and neat. We shall definitely use again. Kitchen and dining area was clean and enough appropriate usable items. Toilet rolls, hand-wash and other toiletries were provided. Good hospitality too. Thank you

We were sent emails with code, etc. Code didn't work, so I had to phone and call for assistance. Secondly, tea bags and sugar were all there but no milk. I was told to get your own milk from any shop nearby, but I was not familiar with the area. Also, in the living room, there is no television to watch. There was an ironing board in the downstairs cubet, but no iron. When asked for iron, I was told none available 😞. I checked details beforehand and was told that towels are provided. So we did not take it from home, but towels provided were only two small hand towels. We had to use them after taking a shower. We were fearful as Uber driver updated us, there was some stabbing incident that happened recently, so be careful going out.
