The villa consists of private land on which three separate and independent houses stand: 1. The first consists of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. 2. The second consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bathroom. 3. The third consists of a kitchen, fireplace, living room with sofa bed, private bathroom and bedroom with double bed. On the land common to all three houses there is a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. There is free and private car parking for guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
