The pool was not working and they never told us about it. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the pool

Location rooms

Breakfast could be better front desk person will disappear onces in a while had to wait over 15 min. Just to check in and the bed makes noise morning kids can hear them in hallway had late check out and still cleaning lady still came knocking
