On the first morning after getting lost and ended up checking in by 3 am then waking up to get a cup of coffee and a bite to eat Not realizing we were that close to lego land only to come into the dinning area were very loud children were all over.lol(we do love children) That's when it was explained about the Lego land a block away. We learned to come down later. Loved everything and everyone of the staff at the front desk. Can't say enough about their personality, good humor and take charge when needed ambition but mostly their professonalism. I left my shirt in the room and they were kind enough to ship it to me. Don't see that in other places we've stayed.

The one day I was able to get to the pool,the pump broke. :( (no I didn't loose any sleep over it)

Rooms were so big! And very clean. Great walk from legoland.

Our tv didn’t work but honestly they did everything they could to fix it so I can’t blame them.

The location of property was great

Parking lot is too small. Breakfast was okay. Shower door would not shut

Extremely accommodating, friendly, my room was large and spotless. If going to legoland this hotel is an excellent choice litterally a 5 min walk to main entrance. The staff here have been so nice.

Samantha at the front desk was amazing. She was incredibly friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was adequate. If you are visiting Legoland and don’t want to pay the outrageous resort prices to stay on the property, this hotel is literally right across the street for half the price. Pool was nice and clean and the rooms are very spacious.
