Very helpful staff, clean and great location.

Location was excellent. Close to Areeiro metro station to connect quickly to the main tourist areas. Also close to Roma Areerio train station which gets you to Sintra. Apartment was quite clean. Clean towels and bed lining. You have one bathroom with toilet and shower. Another bathroom with shower. And another small Toilet. Saw some complaints about the noise from the planes in other reviews. We had no issues on this matter, as we slept with closed windows and noise was close to none. Check-in was pretty smooth and well instructed. Coffee and tea at your disposal. What's really to be appreciated is that there was enough toilet paper and garbage bags, comparing to other accommodations that we previously visited. There are lots of supermarkets nearby.

Building walls are pretty sound friendly. There was lots of noise coming from the apartment above. A group of young people that were also tourists i presume. Second night of stay had to go ask them to lower the noise a bit. Luckily, they were pretty cooperative.

Location

Construction works were ongoing in the building, generating excessive noise that was detrimental to our well-being and was posing a significant threat to our health. The disturbance was happening every day and commenced at 8 am and persisted until 4 pm. Our host had neglected to inform us about the ongoing construction. Regrettably, our attempts to seek assistance or a remedy were met with total uncooperativeness from the host. After enduring two days of a nightmarish experience, we were obliged to vacate the flat in search of a more tranquil environment.

I made the reservation, yes, but I didn't even have the opportunity to enter your house, I was answered by one of your attendants over the phone, but they did not allow me to enter the house because I had not paid the amount of the deposit that I had in cash and she there was no one to go to the place to receive the value, and they simply ignored me, showed no professionalism, did not allow me to enter the house and I had to find another place to stay, and your company realizing that they never even called me , it was the worst experience I've ever had, in fact the only one ….it’s really sad find peoples like you at this kind of business…. my lawyer are working on it….. 🥹🥹🥹

Apartment was as on the pictures. Location was ok for us (by car). Relatively easy to find parking lot. Places to eat in walking distance. Self check-in.

- before check-in, host asked to transfer 250 euro as deposit. Since we traveled with elder person, it was stressful - host promised to return deposit as soon as property will be checked, but it took 1 week to receive your money back (after addressing to Booking Customer service) - wi fi password was given in instructions, but it was wrong. So, we stayed all time without WI fi access - in the night we saw several huge cockroaches on the floor. After I couldn't sleep - cleaning staff arrived for cleaning and doing beds after we entered apartment (around 17:00) - communication was very poor and late Not recommended! Be aware even)
