Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación

La cama estaba sucia Baños sucios y en mal estado Regaderas llenas de vellos pubicos No tienen toallas jabón nada Las llaves abren cualquier puerta

excelente ubicación cerca del WTC

Que se quedaran con mi identificación a cambio de la llave de la habitación, pero entiendo que son medidas internas de seguridad

Room too hot without possibility of opening a window. bathrooms were in bad shape.

Lamentablemente llegué en temporada de lluvias, por lo que me tocó presenciar que la habitación se inundaba, habían chorros sobre mi cama, goteras en todo el cuarto y una cascada en la habitación se mojo todooo...😳🤧 Hasta me enferme, no hay agua caliente para bañarse

The location is good if you are going to a concert in Pepsi Center.

The bedroom we were given was completely different from the photos posted on booking, the “window” was sealed with cement and there wasn’t any airflow, mind you we were next to the kitchen, therefore we could smell everything the other guests were cooking. The power outlets were not properly installed which is potentially dangerous, plus there was mold on the ceiling. The door had no handle to pull from which made closing it a challenge to say the least. The restroom is very small and the faucet is also not properly installed. There is a construction going on next to the hostel at the moment, there is constant noise during the day and the stairs that led up to rooftop were not in good condition. The bedrooms are actually small even if you book a full bed. Overall, to be honest I did not complete my stay since we decided to move to a nicer hostel. We requested a refund and the options that we were given were to move us to a different bedroom or to move us to another one of their hostels. (It was under availability and their reviews were very poor.)

Ni siquiera pude hospedarme, llegué y resulta que no encontraban mi reservación, cuando se supone ya estaba confirmada. Una hora supuestamente "checando" y solo me tenían perdiendo el tiempo, así que tuve que buscar otra opción de último momento, perdí tiempo y dinero porque no veo que me resuelvan lo del reembolso.

Realmente son espacios muy pequeños, no son como aparecen en la imagen y si están un tanto cuánto descuidos.
