Cleanliness and location

While your Front Office staff generally communicate well in English, what matters most to me as a guest is their attitude and level of hospitality. Unfortunately, I have found that several FO staff members come across as rude and not very accommodating during my visits. That said, I would like to commend Rica, whom I encountered during my recent stay in April. She handled my check-in with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. She truly stood out and made a positive impression. On the other hand, I experienced a less pleasant interaction with FO staff Marie (or Mary) during my stay on March 26. I felt that my concerns were dismissed quickly, as I was told “no” without any effort to offer alternatives or solutions. This made the experience feel impersonal and unwelcoming. As a returning guest, I believe that attitude and empathy play a significant role in building loyalty. Guests are more likely to return when they feel valued, understood, and genuinely cared for. I hope the team can be further trained not only in service standards but also in empathy and guest engagement. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.

Spacious loft, great view. Good location. Not too far from MoA

Shower design not the smartest. Having a glass extend halfway out and the other half open made a giant mess in the bathroom when trying to shower.

The property itself was decent and comfortable. The staff were friendly and respectful.

The breakfast (800 php/pax, for me is not worthed); there were no much choices in the buffet.

They have activities for the kids while we stayed during the holy weekend and the GM of the hotel is very friendly and accommodating, KUDOS to him!

The pool is a bit dirty di siya masyadong naclean when we go up, siguro dahil din sa reclamation na ng yayari malapit sa area.
