Palan Ski & Convention Resort Hotel

Good restaurant. Location is close to ski tracks. These are the only advantages.

The stuff was awful and did not help us solving our problems. Zero level client service. The advertisement told that ski-passes are included. However the hotel did not provide it when we have requested. Thus we had paid additionally 200$. Booking support service did not help us too: the more we had discussions about the ski-pass issue the more booking agents required documents to provide (we have provided official receipts and document from hotel with the stamp - it was not enough).

The location of the hotel is great. The hotel give us shuttle service to the ski area. It took less than 5min. Breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. everything was taste so good. I like the gym, pool, hamam and sauna. All stuff are so kind and professional. My room is clean and my bed is comfortable. I would love to come back again next year :)

Kahvaltı ve yemekler gayet iyiydi. Otelden piste yürüme mesafesinde olmasına rağmen shuttle vardı. Şöför cep telefonunu verdi istediğimiz zaman hiç bekleme olmadan piste gittik geldik.

Hava alanı minibüsle transport ücreti taksi ücretinden daha yüksek. Otel koridorunun havalandırması etkin değildi. Otel müsait olmasına rağmen geç check out yapmadılar . Geç check out için 1000 TL ücret istediler.

The hotel is located a short walk away from the slopes and a short drive away from the town.

Interior is tired and needs refreshing. It often smells cigarette smoke in our room.

The location is very good, food is nice, pool and Sauna are nice, staff was helpful

The hotel thought I didn‘t pay, but I did through booking. They eventually let me go and check out. However, it said that full board includes a ski ticket for every booked night. That wasn‘t true and they didn‘t want to give us a discount even. However, booking.com then gave us some reimbursement for it.
