Nice quiet neighborhood. It's a nice walk of a approximately 1 mile to the center port area. Great to have a parking spot. I didn't expect a full kitchen. It was nice to have toast my bread and make coffee in the morning

If you are walking back from the port area there's quite a bit of uphill. But once you are up there a nice view. The spectrum television channels were not available. This might be unusual but the streaming was fine

Location was excellent in a very quiet neighbourhood, with an easy walk into Portland, local shops and restaurants. The flat was very comfortable and perfect for our requirements.

There was nothing to fault about our stay or the apartment.

The property was close to downtown Portland and very walkable.

The bathroom should come with a warning label before renting. The toilet was so small and crammed in between two walls that it was bordering on comical. There’s little chance any plus-sized person could sit there.

Location was perfect-walking distance to the harbour and the waterfront restaurants The fridge had water and soft drinks which was very thoughtful
