Ocean House El Pris, by Nivariahost

Všetko bolo super :) čisto, moderne zariadene a hneď pri pláži (bazénku). Krásná mini definla a pobyt sme si neskutočne užili! Postele boli super pohodlné a spalo sa tam velmi dobre. Nádherné západy slnka :)

Very nice house, nicely located near the restaurants and the pool. The house is operated by Nivariahost which is super helpful and reactive.

- leaking roof - bad smell in a small bathroom - lack of privacy, windows facing the street - no terrace, the one in the picture belongs to the small apartment

Beautiful location directly at the promenade of a small Canarian Fishing village. If you love the waves rolling in, and being directy at the water frontthis is like paradise. Relatively luxurious comfort compared to the certainly simple surrounding of the fishing village, and everything needed is just around the corner (Supermarket, restaurants with take away,...). We enjoyed this particularly after having stayed at a 5 star Melia Hotel. No comparison, of course, much more a great contrast with secluded, hideaway privacy. Wonderful.

All was clean and new. Also the entry and key retrieval were - although not simple - very well supported with videos and chats to help. Nevertheless, key retrieval felt a little like a well supported treasure hunt. If you are open for that, all is good. Rules are clear and strict sounding, but for me perfectly ok: Eg. "Failure to return keys will result in 100€ fine per key", "Failure to provide ID information 24h prior to arrival may result in access denial",...
