Beachfront Salty Sea Luxury Suite 2

Beautiful modern apartment about 1 minute walk to the beach. Upstairs bedroom, bathroom, shower with everything. 2 single beds downstairs, sitting room, outside courtyard / dining area. The apartment is beside the road, but there are automatic shutters that can be turned on if you wish. It wasnt noisy outside, so we didnt need to. Lots of restaurants within a minute walk and shops another 2 minutes away. The owner was very friendly. She met us on arrival and departure.

One suggestion would be a full length mirror would be great, but a very minor suggestion. Outside parking is a bit hit and miss, but you will get something.

We loved everything in Salty Sea, the apartment itself, the view, the surroundings, the facilities, the beach, the tasteful and lovely decoration, the neighbours, and the welcoming and helpful nature of Popi, our hostess, who spoiled us beyond words. It deserves 100 stars!

Everything was beyond great

We loved everything! Stylish, new, very welled equipped. Sea view. Very nice host (Popi), we met her once and otherwise she answered our messages very quickly and kindly. Left us some treats. Perfect location in one of the best parts of Agios Nikolas. 1 min to a good beach. We stayed in suite 2, number 1 may be different.

Great location next to the beach and nice restaurants. Short walk to reach the town only. Noise of the street effectively cancelled by modern windows.

The apartment is brand new and has a stylish yet cozy and high class design. It is right by the beach and restaurants. You will also get amenities and snacks, which were so nice to find when we arrived. Popi is an extraordinary hostess!

This apartment is absolutely lovely, and the pictures are all true to life. The location is fantastic so close to a lovely beach and restaurants whilst also being a great base to walk and explore Agios. The apartment is really well equipped modern and clean with very comfy beds. Popi is one of the best hosts we have ever had, so helpful and attentive, organising airport transfers and advice on trips etc. popping by with local treats and messages to see if we were ok or needed anything. Our flight home was cancelled and she helped de-stress the situation reorganising taxis and allowing us an extra night. A godsend. The restaurants and bars on the local beach are great for both daytime and evening with a range of choices, including Cretan dishes and fresh fish a plenty, lots of fresh fruit always on offer, and really friendly staff. Mini mart around the corner and a market on Weds in Agios, bank machines all over. The beach is lovely with plenty of beds (8 euros or 10 with brolly for the day) and bar service,( Bueno very good and staff fantastic) a lovely safe bay to swim in. Car hire is easily done with a range of choices in the town, buses and local ‘train’ to hop around the area and several boat tips and excursions to choose from. A few minutes walk around the sea to the town hub with great restaurants, shops and walks. Patisserie in front of harbour great for breakfast and watching life go by but open late too for a mightcao before rambling home! Staff really friendly. The lake area is very picturesque and full of atmosphere but don’t miss out on going down some of the side streets as there are some hidden gems to eat at too. Thank you Popi.

It’s not a negative but just a note that if you are a morning sun lover just pop over to the beach the patio is full sun the rest of the day right through to sunset though.

Was just amazing 2 days, very nice apartment, perfect location, clean and friendly. Also was surprised me that the owner left so many welcoming things for us. She was also really kind. Close to center, and taverns.It.was.just perfect.
