"Exceptional"

Location of the apartment was perfect, just a few steps from the old town of Anguillara Sabazia. House was really clean and Riccardo, our host, was so friendly and attentive. He made arrangements for our party to go horse riding and was even prepared to provide transport. We couldn't avail of this, unfortunately, because there was so much to see, do and eat! Can't recommend this apartment and this area highly enough!

The train service to Rome did not stretch very late into the evening and taxis can be difficult to find; but don't let that prevent you from trying this beautiful area.

The house is cozy and clean. Excellent mattresses, snow-white linen and towels. You can dine outside. There is plenty of space for children.

It is very hot, there is no air conditioning or fan in the house

"Beautiful place and will stay again. The host was great and the city beautiful."

Exactly how is described. Very comfortable for a family of 6. Ricardo was very nice and always easy to reach and fast to respond. He even had some fruits and drinks for us in the house. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. Walking distance to the Lake, shops, restaurants, and city center.

I was sad that because of some personal circumstances we had to leave early and couldn’t stay the last night.
