The apartment's location is great many places to eat and to walk. The reception of the building is open 24x7. The view at the top of the building gives a great view of Lima and also used the pool there. It has three rooms and three bathrooms who suited our family of 4. Any queries and requests were always answered promptly by the host.

We liked the location, spaciousness of the home and comfortable beds. There weren’t any directions in the apartment for the WiFi or how to access the pool or billiard table but the host responded quickly to all of our questions. The host also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. There are not many pots and pans in the kitchen but that was fine for us because we didn’t do much cooking. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there are many wonderful restaurants. We also appreciated the front desk security officers, which made us feel safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again. Thank you Juan!

Very new and modern apartment. Owner was very responsive and gracious, provided great info of the amenities of the apartment and the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I loved the space the apartment gave my family. We booked this for our first 2 nights and last 2 night and when we returned it felt like coming home! Juan was very helpful, arranging our trips to/from the airport both times and bringing blankets when he thought it might be cold. There are supermarkets very close to the apartment.

Nothing! It can be noisy due to the traffic outside but that can’t be helped. It didn’t affect our sleep as we were so tired from all the travelling. It is a bit of a walk to the front but they wasn’t a problem for us.

Apartment is well located, close to restaurants and grocery stores in Miraflores. Probably it is a good option for one or two nights but not recommended for longer stays. The apartment is big but very basic and not a charming place for a family.

Very poor insulation, you can hear all the noise from outside even on the 9th floor. In addition, it has 2 vents located next to the window in the living room, unable to be closed which makes noise from the outside even worse. During our stay the gas supply ran out in the whole neighborhood due to a gas leak that affected restaurants and apartment buildings nearby. The problem was fixed in a couple of hours for restaurants and business but we were out of gas for more than 48 hours with no hot water for showers or cooking any meals.
