Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, bietet aber alles, was man benötigt.

Die Wände sind sehr dünn, sodass man jedes Mal deutlich hört, wenn die Eingangstür geöffnet oder geschlossen wird und andere Gäste ein- oder ausgehen. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte dies unbedingt beachten.

The host met me at the apartment and left a bottle of wine.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the host to explain it was so uncomfortable that it triggered my arthritis condition - something I’ve never experienced when travelling. The host was very dismissive stating "no one else has given this feedback so you are mistaken". I found that response very patronising and unhelpful. Almost suggesting I was either lying or incorrect. After inspecting the mattess it was obvious it was a budget matress. I left this property 2 days earlier than planned. This experience ruined my trip to Lisbon. The property looks amazing on the pictures but it did not live up to expectation. There was also dog fouling and trash and overflowing bins on the street. The noise from other tenants/guests in the building was constant throughout the night and garbage trucks drive right past the window to the apartment around 3am every night. Not an ideal welcome to the city. If you're looking for somewhere to sleep after a drunken night then it would be ok but if you're looking for a comfy place to stay whilst exploring the city, I wouldnt recommend this place.

Good locality near city centre, clean apartment, A/C, comfy bed, modern kitchen, large shower.

Noise from the hallway.

- We were met late at night next to the property to get the key. - Central location. - Spacious enough for 2 people. - Aldi within 5 min walk. - Smooth communication with the host.

- We found alive cockroaches on the first night in the studio and new ones in the morning. Contacted the host, he arranged to spray the apartment. It didn’t help as new cockroaches kept appearing. He then arranged another spray and bought humidifier. It reduced humidity a lot. - It was so unpleasant, our mood was ruined - it was our holiday and we had to deal with cockroaches. Couldn’t find any other property as everything within our budget was already booked that week. - The studio is run down, walls affected by damp. Musty smell. - The studio is in a residential 3 store building and just next to the entrance, facing the street. You could hear people coming in and out. Ear plugs recommended for good nights sleep! - Hard mattress with springs. Very uncomfortable. - Have to keep shuters open to get the daylight.

The location was perfect and one could easily access all the sites by foot. The studio was also calm and cosy and you would find everything you need for the stay. Tomas is very helpful and always approachable for any queries.
