Close to NEC

Advert states 3 bedrooms which is 2 x room 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with double. This is incorrect as there is 1 room with only 1 single bed, 1 x twin, 1 x double. Arrived late eve on Saturday and no hot water, contacted host and I was sent instructions of how to repressure boiler! Living room door handle came off in my hand as not screwed on. Back garden has no security light, there is a step on the path which is not marked so my friend fell and hurt herself. Tea/coffee tray looks nothing like the pics on advert

Spacious, beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean and facilities well maintained. Quiet neighbourhood. Small convenience stare about 50 metres away stocks all the emergency needs.

I have to think hard to find anything we didnt like. A small tear on the carpet at the top of the stairs and the garden could do with a bit of manicuring, but thats hardly even worth mentioning. More positives than negatives to mention as far as the accomodation is concerned. Restaurants and pubs are best avoided. Service at the Marston Green Tavern is shocking. No food service at 7.30pm and staff attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Very few options other than McDonalds, KFC etc otherwise

"Cosy little house..."

We stayed at the house so we could attend classic car show at the nec was in the perfect location for this 1.9 miles from the nec house was clean and tidy and homely would highly recommend!!! will definitely be returning at some point cant fault it... big thanks to george for all his help...
