Lovely 2-bedroom condo with balcony

Location was good. Central enough for us to get to our chosen local restaurants etc. Building itself was secure.

The apartment itself was run down - needs some new paint work etc. When we arrived we had no towels, we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come & drop us off some. The WiFi did not work which meant you couldn't watch any TV. The owners kept saying it needed to be re-booted but it clearly just did not work & they knew that. The balcony door is broken so opening/closing is not easy - it's hanging on by a thread. The owner asked for £200 damage deposit to be sent directly to him before we got our check-in details (it does state this on the confirmation email) however we did not get back our deposit until about 29 hours after check out. We had no communication at all on the day of check out despite texting the owner several times to ask when we would receive our £200.

Comfortable flat Good Location The showers were very good.

Firstly, the flat is located on the 28th floor, which we did not know until we went there. This is an important detail to consider. Then, we have to collect the keys from a supermarket located near the flat and then, we were struggled to find the way to the flat because of the keys' code. Thirdly, we had no WIFI during the 4 days we stayed at the flat, despite the several texts we sent to the contact. This affected the TV as well. Finally, we have to pay £200 as a deposit to get the flat's details and we haven't receive the money back even though we left the flat in perfect conditions.

We loved the apartment and the view. The accommodation was perfect for our needs - two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also the location is perfect, it's so close to the city centre!

The apartment was not clean in some spots, and the balcony door was a bit broken.

The property was ideal for myself and daughters to have a family/girl weekend.However we could have done with more kitchen utensils ie mugs,glasses.Also mats for coming out of the shower.

Perfect location, really nice apartment, perfect for what we needed. The view over the city was lovely.
