"Exceptional"

Very spacious, clean apartament. All needed facilities were available there. Quite close to the city centre. Grocery shop was located nearby.

A little bit noisy in the evening, but it was not an issue.

"Excellent location and value"

Very good location and apartment. Large comfortable couches and larger than normal for Italy smart TV. Well equipped kitchen. Black out electric metal window shades that also block most sound. Very nice and responsive hosts.

Lacking on cleanliness in one bathroom shower but it was corrected and compensated for without request for compensation. Also it was clear that the host was personally unaware of the issue and was taking immediate action to personally fix the issue. Overall a minor issue, handled very professionally which was much appreciated.

"Nice space but smells like cigarettes"

Big, light filled apartment. Central with access to restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Host responded quickly to our concerns.

Despite being a no smoking apartment, it had a smell of cigarettes that did not go away with air freshener or opening windows. We had to air our clothes at the next location to get rid of the smell. The apartment was not as clean as other places we have stayed in Italy but was fine after a couple of hours of cleaning. But that didn't get rid of the cigarette smell.

"Nice apartment, noisy location"

The owner was very accommodating and waiting for us The apartment is ample and it has all that is necessary for a short stay

The street noise, both from constant loud traffic and people shouting from 2AM to 4 AM, made it impossible to have a good night sleep

"Superb But Update Needed in Kitchen"

The apartment is modern and comfortable, about 15-minute walk from the central historic district. The welcome is warm and suggestions for dining were superb!

The kitchen was poorly equipped with an aluminum kettle and overly used pans. It would be appreciated if some stainless steel ones replace them. That would be healthier than the old scratched up ones in bad shape.
