Would highly recommend. This was a great choice and a wonderful nights stay. This new accommodation was fabulous and truly exceeded our expectations; especially in respect of price. We were the first occupants (Father / Daughter & Granddaughter). The fixtures, fittings, decor and overall layout was superb. The little extras such as the pool table / table air hockey and games consoles were especially enjoyed by my granddaughter. Great TV and cable networks. Overall, a beautiful and easily accessible accommodation, which for somebody with disabilities, would be ideal. It should be noted that this accommodation is tucked away at the end of a small road. No real outside noise.

Nothing. Everything was great. Lovely support and key handover by the proprietor. Only thought, some complimentary toiletries, a greetings basket and some tourism information would have been a added bonus. Especially, after such

I loved that it had a pool table and the space was a great place to relax and have fun.

I wasn’t keen on the nylon bedding. Cotton bedding would be better, but that was all.

Excellent location for proximity to Boston Rowing Club. The owner has tried to provide everything his guests might need and should be congratulated for the care and passion he has put into his business.

Minor points only - Connectivity was difficult - the internet was not easy to access. Perhaps the owner might swap the long table for a smaller round one..? It would leave more space to move around.
