Ho prenotato per una quadrupla donna e mi ritrovo in camera con due uomini di cui uno ha disastro tutta la notte e non ho potuto dormire nulla. Ho pagato troppo per non avere un buon sonno e i giusti confort

The location.

During our stay we faced some issue that caused a lot of inconvenience. 1. The access codes that were sent to me before check-in did not work. I had to call the administration myself to get the correct codes, although nobody warned us there could be an issue. Fortunately, I had internet access — otherwise we would not have been able to enter the property at all. The problem with the room access code continued throughout our entire stay. The administration kept changing the room code without informing us. Every time we needed to enter the room, I had to contact them again to get the updated code. 2. In addition to this one day there was no electricity in the hostel. When we contacted the administration, they were not even aware of the issue and told us maintenance would arrive within 20 minutes. We waited, but nobody ever came, but we had a concert planned so we couldn’t even prepare for our event the way we intended. 3. We purchased towels during our stay, but after housekeeping entered the room the next day, one towel disappeared. The administration refused to properly resolve the issue and told me that I should simply buy another towel. After that, they stopped responding to my messages entirely. They told me to “wait a moment ” while they solved the problem, but nobody replied until I contacted them again myself later in the evening.

Ubicación céntrica, camas cómodas, espacios comunes perfectos para pasar el rato o teletrabajar, linda decoración. Los recintos de ducha cómodos porque te podías cambiar de ropa en el mismo espacio.

Había solo un recinto con wc para mujeres y otro para hombres, lo que hacía que por mucho uso no estuvieran tan limpios.
