Location, quiet apartment block. Nearby market. Good sized apartment.

Damp bedding on arrival. Black mould on electrical fittings. Obvious issue with damp in the apartment over the winter that wasn't addressed before we got there in April (maybe first booking of the year). Mould staining on chairs and a general feeling of dampness on soft furnishings throughout our stay made it uncomfortable. Cutlery we found still had the last peoples food on it (from months ago), same with plates. The floor was filthy. We spent the first whole day dish washing, washing and requesting clean bedding. My wife was moping the floor and the less said about the toilet brush and smell the better. After complaining the letting agent was responsive in getting dry linen to us and the cleaners. They refunded us a day as well. But the feeling of being in a damp, mouldy and dirty place never left us (not nice with two kids under 6) disappointing as Santa Cruz is a great place.

Super spacious, two-level apartment. Large living room with a well-equipped kitchen. A place worth recommending. A large balcony with a grill from which you can even see a piece of the ocean :) Very good area, close to the market and the very center of Santa Cruz. Even a nice swimming pool to use.

Opening doors from the street with keys may be difficult at first, you need to find a sweet spot.

Не понравился телевизор, он очень маленький и на нем нет YouTube, старенький, его можно обновить. Бассейн во дворе классный, но грязный
