The villa looks beautiful inside. The landlord responded to the messages politely and quickly

The villa is located opposite an active construction site. It was difficult to approach her. As we walked down the street, building materials fell on us from the neighboring house. The description says that the construction goes from 9 to 6, but this is not true - it goes from 7 to 23. The price is too high for such housing. We cancelled this accommodation, which we had booked for a week. We were charged for three nights, but we were there for only one.

We stayed at this villa in January 2025 with two adults and two children. After landing at the airport in the evening and later than expected, we drove to the villa. Despite having instructions, it was a bit tricky to find due to the surrounding construction sites, which added to the adventure! Better signage would definitely help future guests. When we arrived, we had to park our car out front because the designated parking spot was occupied by a bike and some construction items. It was a minor inconvenience, but we managed. The villa itself is absolutely lovely and well-maintained. It provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family. However, the ongoing construction nearby was a bit of a distraction. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the beautiful villa. With the construction completed and improved signage, this place would be perfect if you had your own transport to get around!

I liked the fact that the area is quiet and that the villa is rather close to Sanur's busy/tourist area. I also liked the good mattresses and Wifi...

I was not informed that the area is under construction. Many other houses are indeed being built around the villa and it makes the access difficult (and dirty). The villa is also rather small (although functional) and doors don't lock easily. Something that I didn't like too is that there was nobody at check-in for welcoming me, thus no explanations nor guidelines. Out of frustration, I then had to call/text the owner (who was kind & helpful, though). As myself a travel agent, I believe that the hospitality sector must be lead by human contact, and that's mostly the reason why I'm a bit disappointed by my stay at this villa: I met no one during my stay. Well, I'm aware that a villa isn't a hotel, but it gives a rather weird feeling of experience at the Three Cactus villa.

The villa is very beautiful. The pool is nice and clean. The kitchen was full equiped. Bedrooms have the air conditioner and the bathroom is also nice (it has a hairdryer). The only thing we didn’t like was the location, since there is a big construction by the villa and the street is an absolute mess… but not much noise at least.
