Off the Track Scotland, Luxury Lodge

the lodge was beautiful with decor- very cosy and spacious.

hot tub was quite cold as no covering for rain/wind. Also, no television or anything meant it was a super long wait for the hot tub to heat & nothing to watch in evening such as a movie. No phone signal to watch anything on phone

It was stunning, the decor the facilities, it was so cozy and had everything we needed. The host supplied plenty of wood for us to easily heat up the gorgeous hot tub, couldn't fault it !

Location is great and we easily made it toddler safe by moving a couple of things out of the way. There was also plenty of space for running around outside.

We hadn’t realised there was no Wi-Fi or signal at the property and had been relying on an internet connection to plan our days/research food options/communicate with host. We managed, but it made things just a bit more difficult.

What a magical place! We honestly felt as if we were a million miles away, yet so close to exploring the East Neuk. The interior and finishings are just perfect, with every detail having been thought of. We made good use of the hot tub and fire pit, despite the dreary weather. No need to use the wood burner as it was cosy enough without it. Loved our getaway here to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday, we have already discussed returning again in the future!

We had the best time staying at the lodge. It was my husband and our toddler and it was the perfect base for us. We were up for a wedding at the cow shed so it was super handy location wise. The lodge is beautiful inside, such a great space, and although not huge it was more than big enough for the 3 of us. The weather was beautiful so our little boy was able to run around the outside so he never felt too cooped up, the hot tub was brilliant and able to enjoy that in the evening was great. I absolutely loved all the little touches, like the hot chocolate and marshmallows. Sam was a fantastic host, we got all the important details just over a week before we arrived and was able to send through great recommendations for family activities both for nice days and not so nice days which was amazing and we were able to check a few out while we were there. We were also offered highchair, cot and baby bath if we required it which is always such a help for parents of young kids. Honestly can't recommend here enough, only regret is we didn't stay longer.
