It was probably the best place I've ever stayed, especially for this price. Comfortable bed, big clean room, pretty garden. Also ability to self check-in which is perfect for those who came to Manchester for the concert. I'm definitely going to stay in this property again and recommend this property to everybody!

"Hoping the owner cleans & preps differently for a late booking to avoid what we dealt with."

A basic room for unexpected stop.

We booked late and to get the room ready for us, the owner sprayed some kind of cleaner or fragrance spray all over. We ended up leaving after 3 hrs because it had covered the bedding and pillows. Smell was so harsh, we couldn’t stay.

"Amazing value and welcoming quiet area"

Clean and really nice house and quiet and comfy bed

Wasn’t a tv not a issue but would have been a bit more relaxing if could watch tv
