Excellent location, beautifully presented and useful secure parking within the old town.

We liked absolutely everything: the house - old and beautiful; apartment - spacious, stylish, homely; the owners - so welcoming and helpful, location - in the center.

The property is exceptionally well-equipped and full of very thoughtful touches for the traveller. The ability to park in the private courtyard outside the front door was fantastic (and Francesca took care of the 'limited traffic access' restriction). This would be a great and comfortable place to stay for a number of weeks, such are its location, facilities and amenities.

Everything was exceptional.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet courtyard. Francesca was delightful - met us outside so we could park our car tucked away right outside property. Very friendly and helpful. Wonderful suggestions for dinner and lovely home made treats in the fridge. Super comfy bed, fabulously clean and ideal location. Could not have been better - loved exploring Pavia even though it was a short stay. Thank you ☺️

Just super well decorated, clean and well located! It smells soooo good! The bed sheets smell fresh. Everything is so well thought. The hostess is super nice and friendly. Waited us with homemade jam and yogurt.
