AL5 Seaside Bliss-stylish loft steps from Malvarrosa

It’s a lovely studio near the beach, with everything you need. I really liked the decor of the apartment—it was stylish and cozy. The place was very clean, with fresh linens and towels. The owner kindly let us check in early, which was especially appreciated after our long trip from Barcelona. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely book this place again for my next trip to Valencia. I absolutely loved everything, and the city was amazing. I can’t wait to come back to Valencia!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur 10 Minuten zum Strand und mit Tram oder Bus ca 30 Minuten in die Stadt. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und Supermärkte. Außerdem noch kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.

Location was good . Apartment was beautifull , with AC and comfy beds. 10 minutes till beach. 5 minutes till Mercadona supermarket.

There was a sewage smell in bathroom . Also we are very dissapointed by the staff. We arrived at midnight on the first day . Previous clients left the room 12 hours earlier. Unfortunately when we arrived , after a long day ....the cleaning was not done . Bed sheets were not changed and found them in disastrous state. Dishes were not washed. Floor was not mopped or cleaned. Towells were not changed. When we tried to call the person in charge , it was told to us that is too late to do something . They said cleaning team will only come in the morning. What could have we done at that point ....? So after a long day , after arriving so late ....12 hours from the moment previous customers left the room until we arrived and it was no time for cleaning.... Dissapointing.

Niet ver van het strand. Appartement was prima. Ligt alleen wel iets verder uit het centrum en tegen een wijk aan die iets minder is. Maar daar heb je geen last van.

Posto carino

Comfortable apartament, clean with everything you need. Apartament looks exactly as on photos. 5-7 minutes walk to a beach or to a tram. I enjoyed it a lot!
